In a close-fought print and projected image competition, the club overcame Ivybridge and Liskeard Camera Clubs in the annual 'battle', thanks particularly to the top-scoring image 'Through The Morning Mist' by Colin Burt (20 points) and Tony Smith's colour print entitled 'Hat & Gloves' (19 points). Liskeard were just 2 points behind, with Ivybridge a close third.

Bring your laptops and a/or few images for one of our digital editing practical/teaching evenings.
Suggest you also download the latest beta version of Adobe Lightroom to your laptop as there will be a demonstartion of its use by a couple of our experienced users of this software. You will find it at -
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/lightroom4/
Please also bring along a few of your best B&W prints for consideration for the Tamar trophy against the Plymouth clubs. Prints should be at least A4 size and well mounted, with a backing board to reduce the risk of damage in transit .

Monday night's club meeting is at Plymouth Atheneaum Theatre off Derry Cross, Plymouth (between the old TSW studios and the old ABC cinema) for the Gerry trophy against the Plymouth and Ivybridge clubs.
Proceedings will start at 7.30 prompt.
This is always a good evening, so hope to see a good turnout in support of the club's entry.
